Los Angeles locals residing in Silver Lake decided to tie the knot in April. This was so a beautiful wedding filled with music and love.The bride is a school teacher and the groom is a former musician turned website designer.We love them both so much! The wedding day was magical.FROM THE BRIDE // Our wedding was located at the Athenaeum in Pasadena. We were really inspired by the architecture of the building and by my dress. We knew wanted to go for a very romantic and vintage feeling to go with the venue. It’s such a gorgeous building that it doesn’t need to be dressed up too much. We let the architecture speak for itself and just highlighted its main features. When we walked down the aisle and said our vows we were so happy and excited. I also like that we kept our vows incredibly short and to the point, we were ready to dance and drink with all of our friends and family! One thing we would definitely suggest to future married couples is to have a first look and to take family photos before the ceremony so you can enjoy your cocktail hour. The first look was amazing because we were so nervous before seeing each other, but once we saw each other all of those nerves just went away. We also liked that the photographers and planner made sure we were alone for our first look.
